Marvin Jeremias, President

Marvin Jeremias is a real estate executive with over 12 years of experience focused on multifamily finance and capital markets. Having negotiated over $10 billion in financing, Marvin is trusted by his clients for strategic guidance and execution expertise.

In 2011, Marvin started his career as an originator for the Meridian Capital Group, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate finance companies. Marvin developed a thorough and intuitive understanding of the capital markets, which, in combination with his natural business development abilities, allowed him to quickly climb the ranks at Meridian becoming one of the top debt originators in the firm.

In 2022, Marvin founded Crossmark Capital, a boutique debt brokerage shop which strives to provide clients with a hands-on experience. Crossmark Capital manages real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful closing for the business they are entrusted with.

Meyer Ovadia, Vice President

Joining Crossmark Capital from its inception in January 2022, Meyer Ovadia currently serves as a Vice President in the Lakewood, NJ office. In this role Meyer is responsible for loan underwriting, placement and transaction management for Crossmark’s largest and most long-standing client relationships. Crossmark Capital clients have attested to the white glove service Meyer has provided them over the years working in tandem with Marvin Jeremias, one of the most prolific debt brokers in the entire country.

In 2018, Meyer Ovadia joined the Meridian Capital Group, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate finance companies. While at Meridian, Meyer was a lead underwriter covering over 200+ transactions totaling over $4.5 billion in real estate financing across a broad array of property types including multifamily, industrial, office, retail and hotel. Sample transactions ranged from NYC office buildings, Miami hotels and apartment complexes across the country. Lending Partners included Banks, Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae, CMBS lenders, Life Insurance Companies and Bridge Lenders.

Prior to joining Meridian Capital, Meyer was an analyst at The Blackstone Group where he helped manage investment vehicles, particularly in respect to their credit facilities, FX exposure, cash management, and lender portfolio covenants.

Meyer Ovadia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Investments from Baruch College.

Ahron Goldstein, Vice President

Currently serving as a Vice President in the Crossmark Capital NJ Office, Ahron Goldstein is responsible for the origination and placement of debt financing across a broad array of asset classes with a focus on multifamily.

Ahron started his career in commercial real estate as a property manager at Living Residential, a large multifamily real estate owner and operator. Ahron was recognized for his outstanding client relation skills and management. This experience gave Ahron a solid understanding into the hands-on property management side of the business. On the financial side of the spectrum, Ahron moved on to BDO, a top 5 accounting firm working in the real estate departments. Within this capacity, Ahron serviced large REITS gaining insight into their accounting practices and principles.

Ahron Goldstein holds a MS in accounting from Farleigh Dickinson University.
